With a primary aim to pursue affordable housing delivery, among other things, the cooperative aligns itself wholly with the vision of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu for Nigeria’s housing sector, demonstrated in the first instance through the demerger of the erstwhile Federal Ministry of Works and Housing, followed by the appointment of a seasoned housing professional, experienced architect, and industry expert, Arc. Ahmed Musa Dangiwa, to oversee the stand-alone Ministry of Housing and Urban Development.

The unprecedented reforms that have taken place in the sector in the last seven months show that Nigerians are about to witness the most transformative progress the country has ever seen in affordable housing delivery. This cooperative intends to play a part and support the efforts of government, whilst serving as a vehicle of affordable homeownership for its members through existing instruments and systems.

The society exists to support members with goods and services, as well as facilitate the following;
- Provision of loans for homeownership, agriculture, or other business ventures.
- Savings platform for members.
- Platform for access to grants, loans, and other facilities.
- Nurturing and mentoring of members for leadership.
- Platform for engaging men and women to get involved in transformational politics.
- Community Social Responsibility Initiatives for vulnerable communities.
